Can A Chair Help You Grow Hair?

There are many products that claim they can help you regrow hair and now you can add a chair to the list.

The "hair chair" is now being tried out in Michigan and Kansas.

It uses an electric pulse to stimulate hair growth and is reportedly painless.

Customers must sit in the chair 12 minutes a week for up to eight months.

Each session costs about $30.

"The first time I realized it must be doing something is when I was getting my haircut by someone who had never cut my hair before, and she stopped and said, 'You have new hair growing,'" said "hair chair" user Chris Locke.

Of course there are plenty of skeptics.

The company hopes to have 5,000 "hair chairs" across the country in five years.
