There are two different Regaine® products available, both of which have been medically proven to work for 4 out of 5 people.

Regaine® comes in two different strengths; Extra Strength and Regular Strength. The difference in strength is that Regaine® Extra Strength works more quickly than Regaine® Regular Strength.

Regaine® Extra Strength solution is specifically designed for those men who like to see fast results. It works for 4 out of 5 men (& women). With Regaine® Extra Strength results can be seen as early as 8 weeks.

Regaine® Regular Strength is recommended for both men and women. It works for 4 out of 5 people in 3 - 4 months.

Pregaine® shampoo does not contain minoxidil, the active ingredient in Regaine®, however it has been specifically developed for use with Regaine®. It cares gently for thinning hair and does not contain ingredients that may impede the absorption of Regaine®.

Before the health authorities approve a phamaceutical product for human use, a substantial amount of documentation has been scrutinised. This material often covers many years of basic research on efficacy, safety and mode of action, as well as time consuming and expensive clinical trials. These studies are often performed in many countries and by independent research centres. A pharmaceutical product can only be approved after the national health authorities have analysed all this documentation. Only when this approval has been granted may a pharmaceutical company claim that its' product is medically and scientifically proven.

Regaine® Extra Strength is an easy-to-use topical solution which must be applied directly to the scalp. All you have to do is massage the Regaine® Extra Strength into your scalp twice a day when your hair is dry.

To help you remember to use Regaine® Extra Strength twice a day, try incorporating it into your daily routine. For example, try applying the solution before you clean your teeth in the morning and at night, that way you'll soon find it becomes part of your daily schedule.

Each carton of Regaine® Extra Strength comes with three different disposable applicators. Each one is designed for applying Regaine® Extra Strength directly to the scalp according to the type of hair loss you have.

Choose the extended spray tip to reach thinning areas under thicker hair or the spray applicator for larger bald patches. The rub-on applicator is best for distributing Regaine® Extra Strength evenly over the scalp. Each applicator is designed to deliver the correct 1ml dosage of Regaine® Extra Strength. All three applicators are pictured here, although you should simply chose the one that is most appropriate to your hair loss condition.

Regaine® Extra Strength comes in a single pack and a triple pack.

The triple pack has several advantages in that it ensures that you will have enough Regaine® Extra Strength for 3 months, although 4 out of 5 people will see results in around 8 weeks. The triple pack is also a more cost-effective way of buying Regaine® Extra Strength.
