Frequently Asked Questions

What causes hair loss?

There are a few different reasons men and women lose their hair, the number one reason being genetics. Hormonal changes experienced by women can cause temporary as well as permanent hair loss. In addition, medical conditions such as Hyperthyroid and medications such as chemotherapy and any hormone replacement medications including birth control pills can contribute to thinning hair. Stress and trauma and poor nutrition and diet can also be contributing factors.

Does FNS follicle nutrient serum grow hair?

Only your body can grow hair. However, FNS helps to create the optimal environment for supporting a healthy follicle.

What does FNS do that other products don't?

FNS targets your hair follicle directly. FNS contains all of the nutritional components that your follicular cells need for growing strong, healthy hair. The components in FNS have been shown to activate the cells to metabolize, synthesize and secrete. FNS also contains essential and non-essential amino acids such as cystein, the building block of proteins such as keratin and melanin, which are vital to strong, healthy hair.

Is women's hair loss different than men's?

The cause may be different. But not the result.

Is FNS safe for both women and men?

FNS contains a unique combination of natural ingredients and is completely safe for men and women.

What are the side effects of using FNS follicle nutrient serum?

None whatsoever. FNS does not contain any steroid hormones; therefore, FNS has no effect on the sex organs in either males or females. Also, FNS has none of the irritating side effects (burning, itching, irritation) commonly associated with many other topical products.

When is it best to use FNS?

Apply once daily to a clean, moist scalp after washing hair with a gentle shampoo to remove sebum buildup. Apply to targeted areas and massage into scalp. Afterward, style as usual. For best results, use with FNS optimal performance shampoo.

What results can I expect?

After 4 to 6 weeks you will begin to notice your hair looks thicker and stronger. Your scalp should feel healthy and vibrant. Continued use will result in greater results.

How does FNS interact with products like Rogaine, Propecia and Tricomin?

FNS can be used as a stand-alone product. To date there have been no clinical studies conducted to determine how FNS works with other products. We expect to learn a lot from the experience of persons who decide to use FNS in conjunction with these hair treatments.

How do I apply the FNS?

After shampooing, and towel-drying your hair, apply FNS into your damp scalp. We recommend 3-4 pumps per application, if you are treating the entire scalp.

Do I have to use it every day for life?

We recommend a once daily treatment regimen for 9-12 months. After that time, you may reduce the treatment to 2-3 times a week.
