HairMax LaserComb Expands International Distribution to Southeastern European Countries

Lexington International, developer and manufacturer of the
revolutionary HairMax LaserComb ®, is pleased to announce that it
has entered into agreement with a distributor in Serbia that
distributes medical devices to consumers in Serbia, Croatia,
Slovenia, Bosnia and Macedonia.
The HairMax is the only laser phototherapy device
that has been proven effective for the treatment of certain classes
of hereditary hair loss in males and is FDA Class 2 Cleared for
marketing.
This agreement will facilitate the introduction of the HairMax
LaserComb into the growing hair care market in these five
south-eastern European countries and will help make the HairMax a
leader in the hair growth market in those countries.
This introduction continues the company’s
international expansion strategy to offer effective therapies to a
wider audience of people around the world afflicted with hair loss.
According to Research and Markets, the cosmetics and hair care
market in south-eastern Europe, hair loss treatments segment, grew
over 10% between 2006 and 2010.
Hair care is one of the fastest growing segments in those markets making this an ideal time for the distribution of the HairMax LaserComb.
Presently, the hair growth products segments
consists of shampoos and other miscellaneous treatments. The
introduction of the HairMax LaserComb, will now provide a major new,
and effective non-drug treatment choice in these markets.
